We have found that the best way to contribute is do what our company does best. That is to take pride in constantly upgrading and improving our hometown not only through expert development and property management but by also working with other community leaders to showcase and enhance our Oak Ridge assets. Every improvement is another step towards building a stronger, more vibrant community!
Over the years we have helped initiate community enhancement projects that include: Children’s Museum of Oak Ridge facilities enhancement program of well over $750,000 that included a new parking lot, landscaping, raised gardens, building signage as well as various upgrades and repairs to the museum complex. Helped raise $ 1,000,000 to upgrade the field, stadium seating and repairs to historic Blankenship Field, the Home of the Oak Ridge Wildcats. Secured a $500,000 State of Tennessee grant to fund a new Gateway enhancement for the entrance of Oak Ridge.
