Company Founders

Since they moved from Cincinnati Ohio to Oak Ridge and started their business in May of 1968, founders Shirley and Richard Chinn have contributed mightily to their adopted community. Over that time, they built two successful businesses. They have practiced the values of treating each customer and coworker like family. They believed in a hands-on approach to each aspect of their business. They have passed those fundamentals along to their two sons as they continue to blaze new trails. Richard and Shirley are the hallmark consistency, courage and honesty for their employees, their clients, and their community.
