R&R works with select joint venture partners that have expertise in specific asset classes not just to diversify our portfolio, but to push the envelope on innovation, adapting to market conditions and developing, positioning and effectively delivering assets that are on the cutting edge and match the innovation, science and technology driving the Oak Ridge economy. Examples of this include our venture with Partners Development to develop, build and manage the OR National Laboratory’s Carbon Fiber Research Center and with Legacy Development to develop and build Oak Ridge’s first class A apartment complex named Main Street Lofts that currently under construction and will be opening in the Fall of 2021.
